The difference between a wharepuni and my house is that they are not the same shape but they both have windows and door. The wharepuni is a very cool place it would be nice to see what the inside looks like.

Hi Paris,
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that you're participating in the Summer Learning Blogging program! Good for you! I'm reading your blog from my home in Canada. I've visited New Zealand and I've had a chance to visit a wharepuni but I've never stayed in one. My grandson has stayed in one on a marae because his father's family are maori. In Canada our homes are well insulated and are heated because we have so much cold weather in the fall, winter and spring.
I'm happy too to know that you'd like to be a teacher. All of the people in my family are teachers and so I can say that it's a very wonderful type of work to do!
I'm looking forward to reading more of your blogs. Good work!
Leslie

Hope you have a merry christmas and a happy new year.
Hi Paris,
ReplyDeleteMy name's Ruby and I'm one of the people who will be blogging with you as part of the Summer Learning Journey this summer. It's great to see you've been working on these activities!
I enjoyed reading all three of your activities and have requested access to look at your picture of you being a teacher. I'm studying to be a teacher right now and will get to be one next year! I'm very excited for my dream job to come true and I know that if you keep working hard, you will be able to be a teacher too.
That sounds like a very yummy meal! What made it so yummy I wonder. Were there lots of delicious spices in the mixture?
I look forward to reading more of your blogs in the future.
Cheers,
Ruby.
