I think they should pay to go to university because it is wrong to go and not have to pay to go. They should get one year free and then have to pay for the next couple of years.

ReplyDeleteExcellent job on completing another task! I thought your list of essentials for hike were very important and I would definitely include all of those to take on a hiking trip. I think I would also bring a friend, because I would need someone to talk to and if we got lost then we would have one another for support! Have you been hiking before? If so, where?
With your second activity, good effort on your profile of Geoffrey Palmer. I like how you included everything you needed in the profile, like your facts mentioning the positions he was in in government and the year of that event. Great job!
I thought your response in the bonus activity was very good. As it said in the activity, students have to pay thousands of dollars to attend university and I thought your opinion on students should get their first year of university free and pay the rest was very fair. Students should at least be paying for the services of their institution of education. My question for you is, do you think university fees should be cheaper? Why/ why not? Let me know in a comment. :)

Yes, I would also bring some water and extra warm clothes in my bag. Along with those items, I would pack some muesli bars and chocolates to keep my energy level stable. I would also bring a torch or some sort of light in case of emergency.
Thank you for sharing some useful information about Geoffrey Palmer. It's good that you have included a photo of him to provide something visual. I noticed how he was involved in the NZ government for around 10 years.
Yes, I agree with your opinion that everyone need to pay some money to go to university. I think that students will be more motivated when they pay for the education they want rather than free education. Students will become lazy and study less because they would be able to retake the papers they failed -just because it's free! What do you think?
