Activity 1: Hairy Maclary
Out of the gate and off for a walk went Hairy Maclary from Donaldson's Dairy. Off went Hairy Maclary down to to the riverbank he went, he found a duck stuck in a puddle of mud. Hairy Maclary went to get so help but none of his friends wanted to help him, so he went back to the duck that was stuck in the mud puddle. Hairy Maclary tried everything he could to help the duck out of the puddle, everything he tried he failed at but he never gave up on trying to help the duck. Hairy Maclary picking the duck out of the mud but he got mud on his face. Hairy Maclary turn around to go see if any not just his friends were free but anybody, he went to find someone to help again but everyone was busy doing their own thing, Hairy Maclary walk slowly back to the poor duck in the mud but the duck was not their anymore he was gone he looked everywhere but still no sign of the duck. Later that day the duck was swimming in the pond Hairy Maclary was shocked that the duck was in the pond now, the duck said: "It was only chocolate, not mud I was wrong sorry Hairy Maclary I hope I did not make you mad". Hairy Maclary was ok about everything that happened that day.

Where would I like to go on my big OE: I would like to go to France, Paris

ReplyDeleteAwesome job on completing another day’s activity. I really liked reading your short story about Hairy Maclary and the duck. I thought it was very clever, my favourite part was at the end when the duck told Hairy Maclary that he wasn’t stuck in the mud, it was actually just chocolate. What gave you the idea behind writing this short story?
For your second activity, I think that’s brilliant that you would like to go to Paris for your OE; that would be a fantastic place to visit. I have friends who went to Paris for an OE and they absolutely loved it. I would definitely love to go there one day. I really liked your list of things to do while in Paris, I agree I would absolutely love to go see the Eiffel Tower and visit the art galleries like the Louvre which has famous paintings like Mona Lisa! I would also be keen to try french food as well though I don’t think I would be too fond of snails I think. Would you try eating french cuisines like snails and frogs legs?
For your bonus activity, cool choice of picking Conor Maynard, I’ve heard a lot of his music and have seen a few of his sing-off videos; he’s really talented! Is he your favourite music artist? My favourite musical artists would be Ed Sheeran or Bruno Mars.

For story about Hairy Maclary `is because i was thinking about a duck i don't know why but i just was. No i would not like to try snails and frog legs at all in my life.
